Welcome to our Mercer Island location.  We are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Mercer Island, just 2 blocks south of the Starbucks and Walgreens on either side of 77th Ave SE.   Our office is in the Windermere building, most easily accessed by parking in the lot behind the building.   Access to this lot is on the left (south) side of the Windermere complex as you enter the complex.   Drive up the ramp on the left side of the building to free parking and easy wheelchair access in the back of the complex.

Samira Toloue, DDS, MSD

Dr. Samira Toloue is a board certified diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology.  She earned her doctor of dental surgery (DDS) degree in her hometown at The University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine.   She then attended the Indiana University; School of Dentistry to obtain her Periodontics certification, Master’s degree in Dentistry (MSD) and minor in Oral Pathology.  Dr. Toloue practiced in Austin, Texas for 3 years before relocating to Washington with her family. Read More...

Huynh-Ba, DDS, MS

Dr. Huynh-Ba grew up in Lausanne, Switzerland where he attended dental school and worked as a general practitioner for a few years, before obtaining specialty training in periodontics. To fulfill his passion for teaching, Dr. Huynh-Ba accepted a faculty position for a year at the in University of Connecticut before going back to University of Bern, Switzerland to teach for a few years.  As the opportunity to join the world-renowned periodontics program at the in University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio (UTHSCSA) presented itself, Dr. Huynh-Ba decided to give a few years in teaching in the US again before going back home for good.  As a few years turned into a decade, he received his second periodontics degree from UTHSCSA and was promoted to full Professor.  He recently got married and decided to relocate together with his wife to her hometown Seattle.  Growing up close to the Alps, skiing is one of his passions, but what Dr. Huynh-Ba really loves is playing tennis with his twin brother who still resides in Lausanne, Switzerland. 



Anja is a graduate of Lake Washington Technical College and joined the practice in 2013.  She has 21 years of combined dental experience including her work as a dental assistant, dental sales representative, and dental hygienist.

Anja enjoys volunteering for the Mobile Dental Clinic bringing dental care to Seattle’s underprivileged population.

When not at work she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two active boys and dogs.  She is passionate about travel and exploring new places.  Her favorite destination is Australia to visit family.  In between trips she enjoys reading, dining out, and spending time with family and friends.
